Before real estate, Jonas perfected his customer service skills as an office equipment service technician for Canon and LDI. He later pivoted to the sales realm by becoming an account manager at LDI. Jonas credits those roles for forming his excellent sales skills, flexibility and ability to provide solutions in highpressure situations. More importantly, he learned how to identify and address issues before they become problems.
Ultimately, Jonas knew real estate would be the perfect setting for his motivated,
empathetic and service-oriented mindset. Having moved from the Philippines to New Jersey as a teen, he understands firsthand the challenges of moving and finding a new home. Today, he's devoted to helping clients have a successful and stress-free experience, specializing in first-time buyers and sellers throughout Passaic, Essex, Hudson and Sussex counties.
Jonas lives in Hopatcong, where he loves coming home to lovely lake views. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, aquascaping fish tanks, hiking, camping and exploring.
